They were wonderful! Stayed in contact with us throughout the day. They were also very caring and got the car fixed as fast as possible to get us on the road in time for important dr appointments at Duke Hospital the next morning. The car is now running great now! Thank you very much!

Awesome customer service, and incredible quality of work! They helped us diagnose an issue with our car, giving us detailed information and photos of all the work they did along the way, and in that gained our trust by the way they followed through with the work they corrected due to some issues with another car shop. They have reasonable prices and do great work! I am thankful for their integrity and kindness!

Austin & Co are running a tight ship. Its ommendable. I'd give 6 stars if i could. Excellent communication before during and after the process. Honest and upfront about billing. Highly satisfied with the whole exchange.

I had a great experience with Garagefellas. They replaced my AC system and brakes, and the whole process was solid from start to finish. They communicated clearly, got the work done when they said they would, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The AC is blowing cold again, the brakes feel great, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work. What stood out most was their professionalism and honesty. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but these guys earned it. If you need reliable automotive work in Wilmington, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot.

The guys at Garage Fellas have been so nice since the moment I walked in! Friendly, great at communication, easy to get through on the phone, and Kevin has explained everything so well throughout this process. They also kept in tight contact regarding delayed parts, and were not letting the shipping company off the hook! Very grateful for their persistence. Not every shop can fix a newer Ford, and I was trying so hard to not have to take it to the dealership, but Luis and everyone at Garage Fellas did it!! I'm so appreciative and couldn't recommend these guys more.
